Beautiful ladieswear brand who are currently undergoing a restructure are currently recruiting a ladieswear garment technologist.
Working alongside the Designer and Product Developer you will oversee all stages of the prototype development through to production. You will work closely with the designer to create the technical specifications and packs and communicate all requirements to the factories, and you will lead the fit sessions overseeing all stages of the fitting and sealing process.You will also travel out to the factories and visit the suppliers to improve all quality standards and work on new developments.
Currently a garment technologist, either with a supplier or retailer, you will have proven experience across all ladies product areas, including both wovens and jerseywear. You will possess an excellent understanding of offshore production together with an excellent technical acumen to translate cutting edge design ideas into a truly exceptional product.
