Embroidery adds allure to baju kurung and kebaya

October 11th, 2008

CELEBRATE festivals in style with the latest E’tho Fall/Raya collection by Eric Tho.
Malaysia Star, Malaysia
Tho adds a modern twist to the traditional baju kurung and kebaya with intricate embroidery on the blouses that come with matching batik or plain skirts.

One of the unique pieces are the kebaya panjang with embroidery in organza material and with matching shawls.
It is not too early to shop for the year-end parties as the collection also offers a selection of baby doll cocktail dresses and elegant gowns in a myriad of colours.

In this collection, you can look forward to hand-drawn designs and details.

One such example is the high-waist evening wear in chiffon material enhanced with hand-drawn floral designs and sequins. A matching hand-drawn butterfly on a mini-jacket completes the look.

For men, the Nehru and basic collar batik shirts as well as batik vests and waistcoats in this collection ensure that you look fashionable at functions.

Dress up in long-sleeved hand-drawn batik shirts in bold prints of overlapping colours.

Fabrics are of silk, batik chiffon and lace.

E’tho is located at Lot G-019 Ground Floor, North Court, Mid Valley Megamall.
